This is the right online platform to get in touch with the right tenant for your property. In addition, we are always in contact with the HR-departments of various companies in Eindhoven area.
What are the monthly costs for renting out my property?
Renting out your house or apartment involves some costs. These costs include i.a. the management of the property. You can outsource it by making use of our property management services. There are also other costs such as minor maintenance costs, gas/water/electricity, municipal taxes and certain insurances. In most cases, these costs are passed on to the tenant of your house or flat.
Are there other costs that come with renting out my property?
Yes, there are. One of the biggest costs that can arise is vacancy of the property. Therefore we advise you to outsource this part of the process to a professional intermediary. In addition, a second home is seen as an investment in the Dutch tax system, which means it falls in Box 3 with the tax authorities. It is advisable to obtain the most up-to-date information on this, as changes are periodically made to the legal provisions concerning Box 3. You can use our property advice services for this.
