How do you sell my property?

Our response time to questions about the property is typically within 1 hour, so potential buyers do not have to wait. We promptly inform the seller about the potential buyer's experience.
What are the costs of selling a property?
Selling your property comes with costs, including real estate agent fees. The amount of the commission depends on the final selling price. The average commission that real estate agents charge is between 1% and 1.25%, excluding VAT. BrugVast offers an attractive commission.
Are there any other costs associated with selling my property?
Yes, there are. A cost that is often overlooked is the cost of preparing the property for sale. This includes painting, overdue maintenance, cleaning, and garden maintenance. Of course, we provide advice on this.
How is the selling price determined?
The selling price is largely determined based on the square meter/m2 price of recently sold comparable properties. Why is the m2 price important? To compare apples to apples, you want to know the cost of a house per m2. Of course, the perception and emotional value also play a role.
